Refund policy
HASSELE FREE RETURNS WITH RIPPLE.
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you need to send it back, you have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to return or exchange your purchase.
Ripple Return & Exchange policy terms and conditions
- Returns apply to unused, unworn items with their labels still intact. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Ripple and designer tags still attached and fully intact. Ripple and its vendor's packaging should be returned in the same condition it was received (box, bag, etc.).
- The following items cannot be returned/exchanged: Swimwear, socks, bottles, perfumes, all kinds of supplements or any custom-made orders.
- Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with any return. Items that are damaged, torn or soiled will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
- Returns that do not meet Ripple Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed. We will inform you with an e-mail of the status of your return in case it was declined.
- Refunds will be only on the cost of products. Any shipping or processing fees will not be refunded, unless the product is proven to be defected or faulty.
- Ripple offers exchange within 14 days and are charged at 95 EGP for Cairo, Giza and Alex and 120 EGP for all other cities except Red Sea (cost to be determined based on number of items with min 150 EGP)
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- When returning a product, and as a result, the order total falls into a different or lower discount tier than the original purchase:
- The refunded amount will be calculated based on the new lower discount tier.
- The refunded amount will be corresponding to the discounted price applicable to the new lower discount tier at the time of the return. -
When returning multiple items that came from different vendors or shipments, the customer needs to take specific steps to ensure the returns are processed correctly:
Footwear
- Please Return all items, including the dust bag and box. The shoebox is part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in our packaging when sending it back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted.
- If you are still deciding whether to keep your new shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface when you try them on to protect the soles. We regret that soiled soles will not be accepted as returns.
Sale Items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and discounted items cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged for store credit through a Voucher.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange it or return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return or Exchange Request Instructions
- In order to make a return you need to submit a return request
- (returns will only be accepted based on our return policy and within 14 days)
- Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account by Clicking Here
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned in its original condition, inspected and approved, you will receive a refund.
How to get a refund
- Same as Return Policy.
- Ripple will return the value of your returned item using the following methods after it gets sent back to Ripple or the vendor for inspection and approval:
- Bank transfer
- Transfer to a mobile wallet
- Credit or debit card payment
Refunds may take 14-21 business days to be completed. Bank transfers are applicable in Egypt only.
