How can I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your preferred size and color, then click Add to Cart. Once you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the payment steps to complete your order.

Is ordering online at Ripple secure?

How do I know if the product fits?

How will I know that my order has been received?

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking information. You can also track your order through your Ripple account under Order History.

How do I view what’s in my shopping bag?

Click the shopping bag icon at the top of the website to view all selected items currently in your cart.

How do I add items to my shopping bag?

Simply select your desired product, choose the size and color if applicable, then click Add to Cart.

How do I remove items from my shopping bag?

Open your shopping bag and click the remove icon next to the item you wish to remove.

How can I sign in to my account and edit my information?

Click the account icon at the top of the website and log in using your email address. After logging in, you can manage your addresses, profile details, and order history from your account dashboard.

How can I use a promo code?

Promo codes can be entered during checkout in the Discount Code field before completing your payment.

Why isn’t my promo code working?

Promo codes may not work if they have expired, are not applicable to sale items, have minimum order requirements, or were entered incorrectly. Please review the promotion terms carefully before use.
