Delivery is always hassle-free with Ripple with the following options:
Delivery Fees:
95 EGP to Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria
115-150 EGP to Other Cities
150-165 EGP to Red Sea, Luxor & Aswan
Delivery is available to any address in Egypt, except Sinai area.
For deliveries within Egypt, simply select your city from the destinations drop-down menu at the checkout page to display the available delivery options and charges for your destination.
We offer guaranteed delivery within 3–5 business days for Cairo and Alexandria, and up to 7 business days for all other locations.
Delivery time is calculated from the moment an order is accepted. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays for our customers.
During official holidays, 6th of October, Ramadan, Eid, and Black Friday, longer delivery times may be expected.
When your order consists of items from different collections or warehouses, they may be delivered as separate shipments on different dates depending on availability and pickup location.
As our suppliers and fulfillment centers may operate from different locations, sometimes we are unable to collect all ordered items on the same day. Therefore, items may be delivered separately as they become available.
From time to time, Ripple runs free shipping promotions. If a minimum order amount is not mentioned in the offer, a minimum order value of 10,000 EGP applies. Free shipping promotions apply only within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and an SMS if you entered a valid mobile number.
You may also log in to your Ripple account and track your delivery by selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.
