If you would like to request an exchange, please follow the instructions below. For refunds, please review our return request instructions.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return or Exchange Request Instructions
To submit a return or exchange request, please follow the steps below:
(Returns and exchanges will only be accepted according to our return policy and within 14 days of delivery.)
Click the profile icon in the store navigation, or visit the Refund Policy or Returns page to request a return.
Log in to your account by

- Enter your email address in the Email field, then click Continue.
- Check your email inbox for the verification email sent by our store.
- Copy the six-digit verification code from the email.
- Return to the website and enter the verification code.
- Select the order you would like to return or exchange.
- If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Select a return reason and add any additional notes if needed.
- Click Request Return.
If your request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with the return instructions and shipping label.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed according to our return policy.
